HOCK LEE DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD Job Vacancies Ogos 2026

• Preparing, measure and mix ingredients for pastries, cakes, breads and other baked goods according to recipes and chef's instructions
• Assist in shaping, baking, decorating, and plating desserts with precision and creativity
• Maintain highest standards of hygiene and food safety in line with HACCP guidelines
• Operate and care for pastry equipment such as mixer and ovens
• Support Pastry Chef in daily mise en place and ensure pastry section is clean, organized and well stocked
• Monitor ingredient stock, ensure proper handling of kitchen tools & equipment
• Knowledge of Pastry techniques, baking and kitchen safety
• Ability to work in fast- paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: RM1,720.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
