• Job Description
• Manage daily administrative operations and support to General Manager
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
• Manage the GM's calendar. appointments and meeting schedules.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Manageement or a related field.
• At least 1 - 2 year working experiences of handle administrative , as a secretary, or Administrative Executive
• Discipline, initiative, positive attitude, friendly
• Good command iof English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin as advantage
• Work at HQ Trinity Group Sdn Bhd
• Full Time position
• Working hour, 8.30am to 5.30pm on Monday to Friday
