Safety Officer – Warehouse & Project Operations

Location: Dato’ Onn, Taman Eco, Johor Bahru
Relocation: Will relocate to Kulai, near Johor Premium Outlets (JPO)
Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We are looking for a Safety Officer to support warehouse and project operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining workplace safety standards, conducting inspections, managing safety documentation, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor workplace safety across warehouse and project operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential workplace hazards.
• Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), SOPs and safety procedures.
• Ensure employees follow workplace safety rules and procedures.
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings when required.
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare relevant reports.
• Support internal and external safety audits.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions for safety issues.
• Work closely with warehouse and project teams to improve safety practices.
• Travel between Malaysia and Singapore when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Safety / Occupational Safety & Health (OSH).
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or project operations.
• Familiar with Risk Assessment (RA), SOP, safety inspections and audits.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel between Malaysia and Singapore.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an advantage.
• Male candidates only.
