Vacancy for Fleet Operations Admin ( Fleet Management & Maintenance ). To Oversee and monitor company vehicle Road tax and Puspakom for HQ and branches. Suitable for someone who is willing to learn, high self-motivation, committed to work.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of company fleet (trucks, lorries)
• Coordinate vehicle deployment to support logistics and delivery schedules
• Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, road tax, insurance, and transport regulations
• Track fleet operating costs
• Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and documentation
• Liaise with drivers, workshops, vendors, and insurance providers
• Investigate accidents, breakdowns, and insurance claims
• Support cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in fleet or logistics operations
• Familiar with commercial vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements
• Good knowledge of logistics operations and delivery scheduling
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid driving license (GDL is an advantage)
