We are seeking a Finance Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and accounting, with the ability to manage a range of financial tasks and support the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and sort financial documents such as invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Verify and post business transactions (e.g., funds received, disbursements).
• Check invoices against purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and recommend payments.
• Review and verify accuracy of vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, and reports.
• Assist in preparing budget and cashflow forecasts for the Company and the Group.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Compile cost reports, revenue reports, and balance sheets.
• Review bank statements and perform reconciliations.
• Monitor loans and accounts payable, ensuring timely updates.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
• Review debtors' accounts and follow up on long-outstanding debts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Option 1:

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA / MACPA / CIMA).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Option 2:

• Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or part-professional qualification (ACCA / MACPA / CIMA).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Familiar with payment processing and banking matters.
• Able to handle a full set of accounts.
• Proficient in computerized accounting systems.
• Strong written and spoken proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently while being a strong team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
