Jawatan Kosong HR & Admin Executive in Skudai

HR & Admin Executive

Human Resource:

  • Support monthly payroll cycle, including salary benchmarking, reconciliation, and forecasting monthly payroll budget.
  • Conduct professional new employee onboarding, ensuring provision of workstation, laptop with required software, stationery, and email setup, along with HR orientation.
  • Prepare HR and Administration documentation such as Offer Letters, Probation Appraisal Forms, Confirmation Letters, Termination Letters, Acceptance of Resignation, and regulatory forms.
  • Maintain employee lifecycle documentation and database.
  • Monitor staff working schedule & update system SQL Payroll.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and participate in executive interviews.
  • Facilitate internal and external training and summarize HRDC grant applications.

Administration:

  • Maintain and manage inventory of office fixed assets, furniture, fixtures, and electrical appliances.
  • Assist in daily administrative duties & accounting operations for the company.
  • Assist on monthly payments for rental, utilities, petty cash, and part-time consultants.
  • Procure pantry supplies, office supplies, and IT equipment.
  • Responsible for office license renewal, staff insurance, staff claim, and handling PCB submission & SOCSO claims.
  • Coordinate events like General Orientation, birthday celebrations, and festival events.
  • Support various ad hoc assignments or reports as needed.

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent

Requirements:

At least 2 years of working experiences as Human Resource/Admin.

Good knowledge on Employment Act 1955 and statutory legislation.

Familiar in using Microsoft Office, SQL Payroll & SQL Accounting.

Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
