Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad Job Vacancies November 2026

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Group’s corporate secretarial, corporate governance and ESG matters
• Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Companies Act 2016 and applicable regulatory requirements
• Coordinate Bursa announcements, Board/Board Committee meetings, Directors’ resolutions and corporate records
• Coordinate the preparation of Annual Report, AGM documents, corporate governance and ESG disclosures
• Support the CEO, CFO and Board on corporate exercises, transactions, ESG and regulatory matters
• Liaise with the Company Secretary, Bursa Malaysia, regulators, advisers and other stakeholders
• Monitor regulatory and reporting deadlines and ensure timely follow-up and completion of corporate matters
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Corporate Administration, Business, Law, Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a Bursa Malaysia-listed company or corporate secretarial environment
• Strong knowledge of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, corporate governance and company secretarial matters
• Experience in Bursa announcements, Board/AGM matters, Annual Report and ESG reporting
• Good understanding of ESG and sustainability reporting requirements for listed companies
• Strong communication, coordination, drafting and organisational skills
• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and handle confidential matters
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
