• Lead Generation & Sales Acquisition: Acquire New Pay TV Subscribers And Upsell/Cross Sell Existing Subscribers Through Various Value-Added Services. Demonstrate Success In Exceeding Sales Targets For All Product Using Consultative, Solution Focused Sales Approach.
• Sales Activities: Participating In All Activities Planned By Sales Manager Through Door-To-Door Activities, Appointments, High Traffics Outlet Promo Booth, Events, Cold Calling & Online Initiatives To Obtain Potential Referral Solicitation In Assigned Territory.
• Leads Management: Effectively Register Customer Leads Into Sales Tool Portal And Effectively Follow Up On The Obtained Leads For Sales Conversion/Activation.
• Customer Experience: Ensure Prompt Fulfilment And Maintain Good Relationship With Stakeholders/Subscribers. Effectively Follow Up With Internal Stake Holders To Make Sure A Sold Product / Service Is Delivered To Customer Within The Promised Timeline.
• Sales Compliance: Comply To ALL Company’s Procedures And Booking Policies.

Requirement

• Minimum SPM , Diploma Or Degree
• Experience In Service Related Industries.
• Sales Background From FMCG Or Direct Sales Companies
