Job: Quality Control Cum Admin

Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5 jalan Penrissen
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
1. To participate, assist in external and internal audit as well as to ensure daily activities are in accordance with Company's HALAL, MESTI, GMP & HACCP best practice.
2. Perform inspection on incoming materials, to ensure / maintain quality standards and specifications, and good conditions
3. Prepare QC reports and schedule to management when necessary.
4. Held a meeting with management team once a month.
5. To monitor pest control, cleaning, sanitation, and personal hygiene of workers at production areas.
6. To carry out inspection for in process activities in every related stages.
7. To assist in the investigation of quality issue and complaints.
8. Able to keep up to date all qualityrelated documents, record, report, checking, analysis and other proper documentation.
9. To assist in the validation study activities and establishing and verifying SOPs, forms, records, and manuals.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least SPM certificate.
2. Must have knowledge HACCP, GMP, HALAL and MESTI
3. At least 3 years of working experience in the F&B industry.
4. Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
5. Able to work independently.
