Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Greet visitors and callers, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons.
• Provide general administrative support such as data entry, copying, scanning, and filing.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as errands, research, and project support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
