BABYMAMA SHOP Job Vacancies September 2026

• Greet and assist customers with their needs.
• Answer product-related questions and provide recommendations.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
• Ensure products are displayed according to store standards.
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system, process transactions, and handle payments.
• Promote sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory.
• Perform stock checks and help replenish merchandise as needed.
• Ensure shelves are tidy, well-organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist in setting up displays or arranging products to attract customers.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure it is clean and organized.
• Monitor for signs of theft and report suspicious behavior to management.
• Ensure store safety and follow company security protocols.
• Record customer feedback and report to management.
• Handle basic paperwork such as inventory sheets, stock lists, etc.
• Work with other team members and follow direction from supervisors.
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on products and procedures.
