Jawatan Kosong Parts & warranty Assistant in Kuala Terengganu

We are looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Parts & Warranty Officer to manage all aspects of warranty claims and processes for our automotive service operations. This role ensures accurate, timely submission of claims to manufacturers, monitors claim approvals/rejections, and ensures compliance with warranty policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full warranty claim process from job card preparation to final claim submission.

Ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures.

Monitor status of claims and follow up on any pending, rejected, or unpaid claims.

Coordinate with the service advisors and technicians to verify parts, labor, and repair justifications.

Maintain proper filing and archiving of all warranty-related documents.

Analyze claim trends and prepare warranty reports for management.

Act as liaison between dealership and manufacturer on warranty matters.

Provide training and guidance to service staff on warranty procedures and documentation.

Requirements

Minimum SPM/Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.

At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role in an automotive dealership or service center.

Familiar with warranty claim systems (e.g., Proton, Mitsubishi, Perodua, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Able to work independently and manage multiple claims under tight deadlines.

High level of integrity and accountability.

Preferred

Experience with Proton or Mitsubishi warranty platforms.

Technical knowledge of vehicle components and service operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
