• Membina dan mengurus hubungan dengan pelanggan.

• Memberikan konsultasi mengenai pelan takaful yang bersesuaian.
• Menjalankan prospecting, appointment dan follow-up pelanggan.
• Membina networking dan database prospek.
• Memberikan servis selepas jualan kepada pelanggan.
• Menghadiri training, coaching dan meeting agency.
