Jawatan Kosong Despatch Seremban in Seremban

Despatch - Part Time

Purpose: Responsible for the transfer of document/sample on time and in good condition.

Responsibilities:

• Be punctual on the daily scheduled collection and delivery of document/sample parcel mainly between office and warehouse or between customers.
• As front liner, always perform the duty with an excellent service quality mindset. Put on the appropriate company outfit whenever carrying out the duty.
• Ensure to verify and acknowledge document received for onward delivery and handed to the intended recipient.
• Be on standby at all times for any emergency request as needed.
• 'For personal vehicle that is used to perform company task, ensure to keep clean and function well at all times.
• Ensure road tax of the vehicle and personal driving license is valid at all times.
• Assist activty of picking, checking and packing related to E-commerce business, where applicable.
• Assist outbound in checking and packing orders whenever required.
• Participate in scheduled stock take including cycle count and adhoc count, where applicable.
• Ensure continual compliance to safety guideline, 5S, ISO & GDPMD requirement at all times.
• Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the warehouse manager or HOD.

Qualification:

• Minimum SPM or certificate with more than 3 years experience.
• Must own a car. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM100.00 per day

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
