Jawatan Kosong Retail Assistant in Kemaman

Location: Mesra Mall / Coast Kemaman

Job Description:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing mobile phones and accessories.
• Promote and explain telco line services and plans to customers.
• Actively sell telco products, including mobile phone plans, devices, and additional services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile phones and telco products.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for mobile phones.
• Assist in managing stock levels and ensure the retail area is well-organized.
• Record sales data and provide regular reports on sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
