Jawatan Kosong Receptionist cum Admin in Kuching

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Received and assisted external clients and escorted them to correct destinations; offices or meeting rooms
  • Reception duty including receiving and proper routing of incoming calls and handles requests for information at advanced level.
  • Manages incoming and outgoing mail and suppliers’ deliveries.
  • Accepted letters and packages delivered to the front desk and distributed to appropriate staff.
  • Point of contact for collection of clients’ expense claims, i.e. Business claims, Vacation claims, Relocation claims and AIA claims.
  • Organizes all passes, i.e. visitor passes, contractor passes, and car park passes.
  • Manages the meeting room bookings.
  • Help organizing any events include group lunch
  • Arrange taxi transportation.
  • Greets and directs visitors to the company.
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
  • Receive sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,800.00 per month
