Job Responsibilities (IT Support Technician)

• NIOSH-TM Safety Passport – Preferred, but not required
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for IT systems
• Skilled in network preventive maintenance
• Working hours: weekdays only – no weekend shifts

Your Role:

• Provide on-site IT support to clients across various industries
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
• Respond to service tickets professionally and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs
• Document technical issues, fixes, and solutions for internal records
