Lokasi: Kawasan pelancongan Batu Gajah dan Ipoh

Service Crew F&B merupakan barisan hadapan (frontliner) yang bertanggungjawab dalam menjalankan operasi harian outlet, termasuk penyediaan makanan & minuman, layanan pelanggan serta memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang memuaskan. Peranan ini penting dalam memastikan setiap pelanggan menerima produk yang berkualiti, servis yang pantas dan pengalaman yang konsisten dengan standard syarikat. Service Crew F&B akan melapor terus kepada Supervisor F&B.

TANGGUNGJAWAB UTAMA

1. Penyediaan Makanan & Minuman

2. Layanan & Engagement Pelanggan
3. Pengurusan Pesanan & Servis

4. Pengendalian Transaksi

5. Kebersihan & Standard Outlet

6. Pengurusan Stok (Asas)

7. Kerjasama Pasukan

8. Pematuhan SOP & Imej Syarikat

Kelayakan:

• Boleh bekerja secara syif & hujung minggu
• Mesra, bertanggungjawab & boleh bekerja tanpa pengawasan
• Pengalaman tidak diperlukan (latihan disediakan)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
