Jawatan Kosong DIgital Marketing Executive in Kuala Lumpur

Job Title : Social Media Marketer Video Content Creator

Location: Remote. May travel, if necessary, especially to Singapore to work with the

founders

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer and Video Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2C viral social media marketing, with the ability to ideate, create, and execute engaging video content for various social media platforms. It is vital to be able to create own video content and doing pos editing production. This role involves not only producing original video content but also coordinating with influencers and vendors to facilitate content creation. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in posting and maintaining social media channels, devising strategies for viral and guerrilla marketing, and analyzing data trends on social media advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, create, and produce compelling video content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with influencers and vendors to coordinate content creation efforts and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Post and maintain active and engaging social media channels, including regular updates and interactions with followers.
  • Develop strategies for viral and guerrilla marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Independently execute marketing strategies, monitoring performance and adjusting tactics as needed to optimize results.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze trends and patterns in social media advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new ideas and technologies into marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and video content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing original work (Instagram, TikTok etc) .
  • Has strong capability in social media video creation including post editing work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideaseffectively across various social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles and techniques, particularly in the realm of viral and guerrilla marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and metrics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem- solving and decision-making.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creativity and innovation, with a drive to continuously improve and evolve marketing efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with influencers and managing influencer partnerships.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and campaign management tool (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.) .
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and optimization techniques for social media content.
  • Understanding of copyright laws and best practices for content creation an distribution.
