Jawatan Kosong Executive Assistant in Putrajaya

• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, minutes, and organizing 1 on 1 and company events
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Preparing presentations and proposals for potential investors
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
