Position: Online Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads through inbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong understanding of products/services and stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale process.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an online environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required).
