Jawatan Kosong Assistant Maintenance Manager in Melaka

Operational

• To supervise closely all engineering personnel in the performance of their duties.
• To replace the Chief Engineer in all cases of his absence.
• To closely monitor the implementation of the Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Programmed for all equipment in the Hotel.
• To co-ordinate and, if so requested, supervise special projects and employment of outside contractors.
• To monitor attendance at work, cleanliness of uniforms of all employees working in guest areas and job performance.
• To perform, at least twice weekly, a routine inspection of all engineering operational areas (plant room) and report any equipment malfunction to the Head of Maintenance.
• To control and verify all engineering logbook.
• To supervise personally all hazardous work and ensure that all safety regulations are being strictly observed.

Energy Management

• To observe energy efficiency of all equipment.
• To monitor implementation of all energy conservation procedures and report any irregularities and non-compliance to Head of Maintenance.

Repair and Maintenance

• To assist Head of Maintenance to handle building maintenance which include guest room, public area, kitchen and all back of house.
• To supervise major repair and maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Services.
• To check timely completion of maintenance requests paying particular attention to quest related jobs.

Administration

• To prepare work schedule in accordance with operation need.
• To assist in perform an annual evaluation of all Engineering personnel.
