Job Responsibilities

The Civil and Structural Clerk of Works is responsible for overseeing and inspecting civil and structural construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Description

Site Inspection and Supervision:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure civil and structural work complies with the approved plans and specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections of all structural components, including beams, columns, slabs, walls, and foundations. Ensure that these elements are built according to design specifications and are free from defects or damage.
• Monitor work progress and quality to ensure it adheres to contractual requirements and standards.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant parties.

Quality Control:

• Verify that construction materials and workmanship meet required standards and specifications.
