Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our company's systems and databases

- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

- Sort and organize paperwork and documents for data entry

- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner

- Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in data

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and data management

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- SPM and above

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong Excel skills
