- Identify and implement strategies to improve production processes, optimize workflow, and minimize downtime to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the production team to achieve monthly targets, foster teamwork, and cultivate a positive work culture conducive to high productivity and morale.
- Monitor production activities closely to ensure adherence to schedules, deadlines, quality standards, and safety protocols, keeping projects on track and addressing deviations promptly.
- Regularly report on production progress, daily output, and safety compliance to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all production staff, addressing workers' health and safety concerns promptly.
- Handle any additional tasks or projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to address evolving needs and challenges in the production environment, including troubleshooting machine breakdowns.
- Oversee routine maintenance schedules for production equipment and machinery, coordinating with supplier to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity.
- Implement quality control measures, inspection procedures, and corrective actions to ensure that products meet quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
