Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNT ASSISTANT in Kuching

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

 Maintain financial records, invoices, and payments

 Assist with accounts payable/receivable and basic reporting

 Handle petty cash and support budgeting

 Procure goods, manage suppliers, and track purchase orders

 Monitor inventory and update stock records

 Maintain proper filling and assist with audits

 Coordinate with departments and vendors

REQUIREMENT:

 Proficient in Auto Count & SQL software

 Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field

 Good interpersonal skills

 Good analytical & communication skills, resourceful and able to work independently

 Able to multitask and work independently.

Required language:

English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an added advantage
