Now, we are looking for one Admin Coordinator to join our team. The Job Responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Manage daily administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain departmental records, files and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with HR department on HR and admin matters.
- Organize and manage incoming documents and emails.
- Prepare documentations.
- Manage and organize documents from couriers.
- Execute ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by superiors and Management to support overall administration.
On the other hand, the Job Requirements of this position are:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills as well as organizational skills.
- Proficient in English and Malay in both written and verbal form. Candidates with proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
