Job Responsibilities:

Partner Acquisition:

• Acquire retail stores to sign up as Service Points, offering parcel collection/drop-off services for sellers and buyers.

Sales Target:

• Each agent is provided with a list of targeted locations.
• Agents are required to pitch the program to these target stores or any eligible retail store within a 250m radius.
• Eligible stores must operate at least 5.5 days a week and be open until 6 PM

Process Management:

• Handle the entire process from lead acquisition to contract signing.
• Manage the delivery of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and onboard new partners.
• Provide training to the new partners.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both Malay and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Confident pitching ability and a driven attitude towards achieving targets.
• Outgoing personality with good negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel for data entry and spreadsheet management.
• SPM level education or higher.
• Knowledge of logistics operations is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
