About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and a passion for identifying and securing top talent. Experience or willingness to contribute to Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives is a plus. Their primary focus is on meeting the global sourcing and supply chain management needs of our customers. With a robust network of over 100 agent partners worldwide, we ensure comprehensive and efficient logistics solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team needs.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
• (Bonus) Assist in designing and delivering Learning & Development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition handling end to end recruitment and learning & development.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
