Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Services:
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to visitors only.
• Handle and maintain the coffee machine, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Regularly top up beverages and other refreshments.

• Cleaning Duties:
• Clean and maintain the service area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Dispose of trash and ensure waste bins are emptied regularly.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed.
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces.

• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ensure customers are comfortable and have refreshments as needed.

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.
• Report any shortages or needs to the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
