We are seeking a dedicated and organized Education Assistant to join our Learning and Teaching Support Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in monitoring student progress, supporting teaching staff, and ensuring an inclusive environment for all learners.

• ​Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and check student progress for both online lessons and offline workbook assignments.
• ​Instructional Support: Actively assist teachers and instructors with classroom management and learning support activities.
• ​Learning Recovery Implementation: Execute Pending Recovery Plans for students identified as falling behind, ensuring they receive the necessary intervention to meet curriculum benchmarks.
• ​Special Needs Support: Provide dedicated assistance to a maximum of 5 Special Needs Students, tailoring support to their individual education plans (IEPs) and fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere.
• ​Data Management: Maintain up-to-date report information and manage digital files effectively.
• ​Administrative Efficiency: Utilize Google Drive for collaborative work and documentation management.
• ​Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in working within the Google Drive ecosystem.
• ​Work Ethic: Highly responsible, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• ​Specialized Aptitude: Compassion and patience for working with special needs students and a commitment to academic recovery initiatives.
