Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Sales Representative to be the face of MWM Worldwide SDN BHD. You will handle both walk-in and corporate clients, providing professional quotations for custom apparel and ready-to-wear collections. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring smooth communication throughout the entire sales and ordering process.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in and corporate clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable apparel solutions.
• Provide accurate and professional price quotations for both custom tailoring and ready-to-wear garments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while actively identifying new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure client orders and specifications are accurately processed and delivered.

Requirements

• Open to Chinese or Muslim candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Outgoing, cheerful personality with a strong passion for sales and the fashion industry.
• Familiarity with apparel trade, wholesale, or custom clothing processes is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
