Jawatan Kosong OPERATION EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MEDICAL OFFICER in Shah Alam

Medcare: -

• To perform any task given by medical director either administrative or clinical.
• Conducting research, gathering data for analysis and prepare performance report for superior.
• To receive client inquiries from email/phone/portal.
• To arrange teleconsultation between patient and doctor upon request received.
• To make schedule TCA/ follow up with clients under LTM for renew prescription after teleconsultation.
• To work with Medicart pharmacy for arranging medicine delivery after prescribed by doctor.
• To make panel claim after each consultation with clients.
• To coordinate health program/onsite health day project and conduct as speaker on health topic.
• To assist Medical Director in preparing presentation for health talk.
• To take part in medical team for mass group health services such as health screening on site to corporate clients/public and vaccination.
• To facilitate provide content for social media (poster or video) in advertising services provided or products.
• To conduct as sales person in promoting services/ product to Medkad clients or public.

Kekal Sihat HQ Team (Klinik Aween): -

• To assist Director in clinical work at Klinik Aween Cyberjaya health facility.
• To supervise and monitor clinic team in administrative and clinical work.
• To assist as clinic assistant in clinic whenever required by Director.
• To assist in making panel claim after complete billing.
• To responsible for ordering medicine supplies/ medical equipment supplies/ lab representative/ clinic management system with approval by Director.
• To cooperate with finance in managing financial clinic account.
• To assist in promoting health education to patients thru physical visit, social media or health program, promoting clinic services and product.
• To assist in health day program onsite when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Assistant or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
