Job Vacancy: Store Admin / Storekeeper

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Admin to manage our automotive parts inventory and support daily workshop operations. The candidate will handle stock control, issue parts for service jobs, and ensure accurate records in the system.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and store incoming parts and materials according to company procedures
• Issue parts accurately to technicians based on job orders
• Check and verify stock levels; perform regular stock take and reconciliation
• Update stock transactions in the system (SAP / Excel / inventory software)
• Prepare purchase requisitions when stock reaches reorder level
• Maintain cleanliness and proper labeling of store area and shelves
• Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team on parts availability
• Verify supplier invoices and assist with claim returns (warranty / defective parts)
• Monitor and report fast-moving and slow-moving items to management
• Assist in monthly inventory and audit requirements

Requirements

• Minimum SPM
• Experience in inventory or store management preferred (automotive experience is an advantage)
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Organized, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Team player with good communication skills
• Possess valid driving license (D / B2)
