Jawatan Kosong Admin Cum Supervisor in Malaysia Hopinfragrance Official sedang mencari staff URGENTLY untuk menjadi sebahagian dari team kami. Kami merupakan sebuah syarikat dengan 10 tahun pengalaman menjalankan perniagaan secara online dalam bidang minyak wangi (Original branded perfume) dan mengkhususkan pada penjualan Original Perfume Decant (re-pack dari original bottle).

Posisi yang dicari:

1) ADMIN CUM SUPERVISOR

Jobscope:
Membantu menguruskan bahagian operasi dari segi:

• Memproses decant (Perfume transfer dari botol original ke botol kecil) mengikut order yang akan dipos
• Memproses order dari platform jualan yang sedia ada (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, dan lain-lain)
• Membungkus order untuk dihantar ke pihak kurier untuk urusan penghantaran.
• Membantu penyediaan bahan packaging sebelum proses pembungkusan (QC botol, lipat kotak, packing free gifts, dll.)

Gaji yang ditawarkan:
-gaji Pokok bermula RM2500 - RM3000 (bergantung pada pengalaman)

• Elaun Bulanan, Bonus Prestasi, dll.

• Umur 18-35 tahun

• SPM or higher level
• Berpengalaman dalam production dan pembungkusan parcel
