Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and Sabah Labour Ordinance.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and payroll information.
• Coordinate and assist in distribution of HR-related letters and documentation (e.g., offer letters, warning letters, memos).
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Liaise with government agencies and ensure timely submission of statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).

Administration:

• Oversee office administration duties including supplies procurement, facilities management, and company asset tracking.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation for both HR and admin matters.
• Support management with travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preference will be given to candidates from Sabah.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
