Job Descriptions

• Assist in recruiting, testing, and interviewing and personality diagnostic program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
• Assist in carrying out performance appraisal exercise and ensuring the timeliness of report preparation and submission.
• Scheduling and conducting routine employee orientation or induction program in order to prepare them for their new role and organization culture.
• Arrange and carrying out hearings and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees.
• Execution of necessary procedures in matters related to employment for both locals and foreigners.
• Adhering to legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
• Assist in administering employee welfare and benefits programs such as life, health, disability insurance, leaves and employee assistance.
• Enforce human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• Required Knowledge to do Human Resource job well with minimal guidance.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
