Jawatan Kosong Facility & Utility Technician in Taiping

Job responsibilities :

• Plumbing work which does not require vendor assistance.
• Inspection on piping and electrical (area under admin department)
• Electrical work (i.e., Minor electrical troubleshooting, changing light tube etc.)
• To monitor air conditioning vendor service and maintenance.
• To monitor pest control vendor for service and maintenance.
• To prepare ISO files document for audit purposes.
• To manage smart lighting system and building management system.
• To assist and manage and inspect firefighting systems.
• To do inspections based on ISO scheduled (HAFM004, HAFM007)
• Others building maintenance work requested by other departments.

Job Requirements :

• Requires PW2/PW4/A1/Diploma/SKM/Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical and related field.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in related field.
• Preferably with the special skill in wiring and plumbing.
• Experience with electrical work and plumbing related work including pump system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
