• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and stored.
• Handle guest requests politely and promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks (e.g., carpets, upholstery, curtains) when required.
• Maintain housekeeping trolleys and storerooms in a neat and organized manner.
