About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Shop Coordinator to join our team at Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd' in Sabah. As a full-time Shop Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day management and coordination of the retail store
• Ensuring excellent customer service by providing a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, and replenishing inventory as needed
• Handling cash and reconciling transactions
• Assisting with merchandising, visual displays, and store presentation
• Providing training and support to retail staff
• Implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the management team to identify and implement improvements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
