Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• To manage all matters pertaining to the Finance matters at the airport.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To ensure all invoice and billing (aeronautical such as landing, parking, CIC, PSC/PSSC) posted accurately into SAP (in daily/weekly/monthly basis), following dateline given by Finance HQ.
• To ensure all invoice and billing (non-aeronautical such as utilities, security services (AVSEC Revenues) and others) posted accurately into SAP (in daily/weekly/monthly basis), following dateline given by Finance HQ.
• To ensure all FLIRT (inbound/outbound) transaction completely taken up by PIC (Operation/Airline) and to validated/approve in daily basis.
• To ensure all incoming for cash/cheque/tt received from customer taken up into SAP and to bank in cash received in daily basis.
• To check and monitor long outstanding billing and send reminder to customer.
• To ensure all supporting completely filing.
• Keep and disburse petty cash as per requirement.
• Prepare the airport annual budget.
• Required to key in data into SAP system for Material Management, Account Payable and Account Receivable
• Liaising with auditors (internal and external) during audit exercises.
• Undertake others relevant duties (ad hoc) as and when required by supervisor

Key Challenges

• Responsible for ensuring that passengers are always in a state of comfortable and safe

Skills

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with pleasant personality.
• Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must be computer literate.
• Preferably possess working knowledge in SAP.

Relevant Industries

• Preferable with minimum 1-year relevant working experience
• Have knowledge in SAP

Education

• HSC/ STPM/ in Finance or equivalent OR
• SPM with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics
