Job Description:

• Preparation of tender and contract documentation.
• Handle taking off and costing.
• Monitor construction costs and variation orders are within project budget.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Able to speak in Malay/English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Words and Excel)
• Good communication skills, both in written and verbal communication.
• Full-Time position vacancy available.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
