To serve as a guide to patients and visitors within the Hospital.

• To assist the patients and visitors should they need to get access to hospital equipment, such as wheelchairs and other specialty furniture

• To ensure meet patients and visitors needs by delivering effective communication and assistance in various area.

• To assist the storage /movement of patients’ luggage.
