Kami sedang mencari seorang yang bertanggungjawab, teliti, dan berminat untuk menyertai pasukan Effa Ruzanna Anuar & Co sebagai Kerani Guaman (Legal Clerk).

Tanggungjawab

• Membuka dan menyediakan pejabat untuk operasi harian;
• Mengendalikan tugas asas perakaunan, pentadbiran dan kerja-kerja perkeranian;
• Mengurus pemfailan, dokumentasi, penyimpanan rekod dan surat-menyurat guaman;
• Membantu dalam penyediaan dokumen-dokumen guaman;
• Berurusan dengan pelanggan, mahkamah dan pihak berkuasa kerajaan yang berkaitan;
• Mengurus panggilan telefon, e-mel, temu janji serta menyokong kelancaran operasi harian firma.

Kelayakan

• Minimum SPM/Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan;
• Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word & Excel);
• Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu & Inggeris dengan baik;
• Bertanggungjawab, teliti, jujur dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik;
• Mampu bekerja secara berdikari dan dalam satu pasukan;
• Pengalaman sebagai kerani adalah satu kelebihan, namun fresh graduate juga digalakkan memohon.
