Job Description

• Update Bank book-MAYBANK MYR/USD
• Update Bank book-OCBC MYR INWARD /OUTWARD/ USD
• Prepare PKL warehouse reconcile
• Prepare to knock the AR offset weekly
• Scan all pv to PRC & Monitor the return - Trade (local/ oversea ) & Filing
• Checking all vendor invoice & payment voucher key in by PRC & posting
• Issue payment daily for all local carrier/vendor
• PKL Weekly Reconciliation for warehouse statement
• Key in vendor invoices for following period
• Expense cost monitoring
• Monitor daily staff attendance and lateness record
• Generate weekly sales log from CRM
• Monthly AP reconciliations + payment - Local (PKL)
• PKL- AP Aging Knock off clearance
• Generate Staff monthly attendance report
• Assist on Yearly budget
• Assist on office admin work

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’ degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in the accounting or 1 years audit experience (optional)
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
