We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vendor Manager (Recruiter) to join our team and drive the recruitment of top-tier resources specializing in AI-related services. The Vendor Manager will focus on building a robust network of professionals across diverse languages to support projects in data annotation and collection, ads and search engine evaluation, AI-powered transcription, editing AI-generated content, AI content creation, and evaluation of large language model (LLM) responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit skilled freelancers and vendors for AI-related services in various languages.
• Build a comprehensive database of professionals proficient in data collection and annotation, transcription, content generation, and evaluation tasks.
• Establish relationships with linguists, annotators, evaluators, and other relevant professionals globally.
• Design and implement assessment procedures to evaluate candidates' proficiency in relevant tasks, including linguistic and technical expertise.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Regularly assess vendor performance and address issues promptly.
• Work closely with project managers to understand resource requirements and ensure timely onboarding of qualified professionals.
• Support scalability for large and complex AI projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging requirements in AI data services.
• Explore innovative strategies for sourcing and retaining top talent in competitive markets.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and resource performance.
• Ensure all vendors comply with company policies, data security, and privacy standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Linguistics, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting or vendor management in the translation and AI industry.
• Familiarity with AI-related services such as data annotation, data collection, and evaluation of LLM-generated content.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment and vendor management tools.
