RETAIL ASSOCIATE – LUXURY FASHION BRAND

Join a premium luxury fashion environment and provide high-end customer service to discerning clientele.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and personalized customer service
• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and sizing
• Actively drive sales and achieve individual/store targets
• Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and luxury visual standards
• Handle cashiering and basic stock duties
• Uphold a premium brand image at all times

Working Schedule

• 5 working days per week
• Monthly rotation: 1 day off on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 2,000 – 2,500
• Sales commission provided

Requirements

• Good spoken English
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Experience in luxury or fashion retail is an advantage
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
