DESIGNATION : Project Finance Manager - AA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborates with project manager to prepare business case, including financial modelling and analysis to support management decision
• Manages project budget and prepares monthly financial reports, ensuring any financial risks are highlighted and resolved on a timely manner
• Manages project benefits realization, develops processes and templates to collect and keep track of project benefits
• Prepares regular and ad hoc financial reports/updates to Project Board
• Develops Power BI dashboard for regular reporting, automate repeatable tasks
• Supports development of recharges model for one-off project cost and post-project BAU cost
• Provides support to Project Managers on expense approval process, including maintaining expense documentation such as contracts, SOWs, PO
• Fully understands, meets, and adheres to financial reporting requirements and governance processes by Group Finance
• Prepares post implementation review

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree Accountancy, Finance, or any business-related field.
• Minimum 8 years in IT project financial management or financial planning & analysis
• Experience in BFSI domain will be an added advantage
• Certified ACCA / CIMA / CPA or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Strong general and project management skills such as planning, analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
