Juruteknik Grinding

Lokasi: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Gaji Asas: RM1,900 – RM3,000

Faedah / Insentif

• Bonus 0.5 bulan gaji selepas tamat 6 bulan pertama
• Elaun Shift AM: RM7.50/hari
• Elaun Makan: RM3.50/hari
• Elaun Pengangkutan: RM4.00/hari
• Elaun Shift PM: RM14/hari

Keperluan Shift: Calon mesti bersedia untuk bekerja kedua-dua shift AM dan PM serta melakukan rotating shift apabila diperlukan.

Waktu Bekerja Shift AM

Isnin – Jumaat: 8:30 pagi – 5:30 petang

Shift PM

Isnin – Khamis: 10:30 malam – 7:30 pagi
Jumaat: 11:30 malam – 7:30 pagi

Faedah

Jawatan kontrak dengan faedah seperti pekerja tetap, termasuk:

Tanggungjawab Kerja

• Mengendalikan grinding machine untuk menghasilkan precision parts mengikut engineering drawings dan spesifikasi.
• Melakukan profile grinding, angle grinding dan mirror surface finishing.
• Mengendalikan kerja dengan tight tolerance, termasuk flatness tolerance sehingga 0.002mm.
• Membaca dan memahami engineering drawings, blueprints serta machining specifications.
• Mengira dimensions dan tolerances serta melakukan measurement pada workpieces.
• Melakukan machine setup dan menyediakan workpieces sebelum proses production.
• Setup dan memastikan grinding wheel berada dalam keadaan sesuai mengikut machining requirements.
• Memeriksa finished parts menggunakan height gauge, profile projector dan precision measuring tools yang berkaitan.
• Melakukan basic machine maintenance dengan bantuan maintenance team.
• Memastikan semua hasil kerja memenuhi standard quality dan safety yang ditetapkan.
• Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh supervisor dari semasa ke semasa.

Syarat Kelayakan

• Memiliki Sijil, SKM Tahap 3, Diploma atau Degree dalam Mechanical Engineering atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 1 – 2 tahun pengalaman dalam grinding machining atau precision machining.
• Mempunyai pengalaman membaca engineering drawings serta memahami dimensions dan tolerances.
• Mampu menggunakan precision measuring instruments.
• Boleh bekerja secara independent dan juga dalam team.
• Mempunyai communication dan problem-solving skills yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja dalam fast-paced environment dan under pressure.
• Bersedia untuk bekerja secara rotating shift.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
