Jawatan Kosong IT Support in Johor Bahru

1. User Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

2. System Maintenance and Monitoring:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support role or a similar technical support position. Experience with common IT tools and systems, such as Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking equipment, and helpdesk software.
